Since we do not have English-speaking staff at our facility, we will assist you using the translation app “DeepL” (English).
We will handle check-in and inquiries via text message. Please call 098-988-7248 and ask us to “send you an invitation” for “WhatsApp” or “LINE.” After hanging up, we will send you an invitation for your preferred app via SMS.

It may take some time for us to reply, so please allow plenty of time when contacting us.
Please note the following points:

・For reservations with a 9:30 departure, please contact us by 24:00 the day before.
・Please familiarize yourself with the “Service Flow” and our facility’s concept.
・If paying in cash, we only accept ¥.

Communication via translation apps may not be perfect, but please understand that my desire to give your beloved pet a warm send-off is genuine.
If possible, we recommend that you visit our facility accompanied by someone who speaks Japanese.
